Saint Rebecca

Amid family conflict over who she would marry, Rebecca discerned a religious vocation. She joined the Lebanese Maronite Order, devotedly caring for the sick until she became ill herself with terrible pain and blindness. Amid her illness though, she kept a smile, happy to be close to the God who had suffered for her.
