Our Lady of Aparecida

After finding a wooden statue of Mary in their nets, three exhausted  fishermen lowered again, this time filling their nets with fish. As word of the miracle spread, Our Lady of Aparecida (meaning “she who appeared”) became loved throughout Brazil.
